Feminist writer, retired teacher Anju Barkataki dies.Barkataki passed away at a private hospital in Dibrugarh on Sunday night.Barkataki was the former president of the All Assam Progressive Women's Association.The body was donated to the Assam Medical College.
Barkataki was a pioneer of the women's movement in Assam and a strong supporter of the revolutionary democratic movement.
