The aerial distance of China's capital Beijing from Delhi is 3791 km.  Agni-3 missile runs at a speed of 5-6 kilometers per second.  Accordingly, the distance to Beijing will be covered in 12.63 minutes.  The aerial distance of Pakistan's capital Islamabad is 679 km.  Here, Agni-3 missile will create havoc in just two and a half minutes.
