International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant against Israeli PM Netanyahu

Judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC) have issued arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Hamas military commanders.  A pre-trial chamber had rejected Israeli challenges to the court's jurisdiction and issued warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, a statement said.  A warrant has also been issued for Mohammed Zaif, although the Israeli army has said he was killed in an airstrike in Gaza in July. But Hamas has not yet confirmed it.
