Dibrugarh University Ragging Incident! Rahul Chetri granted bail

Rahul Chetri, the main accused in the Dibrugarh University ragging case, has been granted bail after 70 days.Rahul Chetri was granted bail by the Dibrugarh court on Tuesday.It is mentioned that,  Anand Sharma a student  jumped from the third floor of the university hostel after being bullied by  senior student.Rahul Chetri was arrested on charges of ragging the student, who is still disabled.
