Why was seaplane service stopped in Gujarat? The government replied in the assembly

The country's first sea plane service was started between Kevadia to Ahmedabad in Gujarat, but this service has been closed for a long time.  Congress leader Arjun Modhwadia raised questions regarding this in the assembly.  While answering their questions in the assembly, the government told how much money was spent on sea plane service and why this service was stopped.
 The government said that Rs 13.15 crore has been spent so far on the Sea Plane service, but it was discontinued due to costly maintenance.
 In response from the government, it was said that this sea-plane service was started in 2020, the sea-plane service was discontinued in 2021 due to the high cost of foreign registration aircraft and operation, maintenance costs.
