The strength of the Indian Navy is continuously increasing. On 23 January 2023, the Indian Navy will get the modern diesel-electric attack submarine INS Vagir. It has been built under Project P-75. The submarine is the fifth of the submarines to be built under the Kalvari class submarine. Its inclusion will increase the strength of the Indian Navy. The soul of the enemy will tremble. Because it will be equipped with dangerous missiles and torpedoes.
INS Vagir is capable of laying landmines inside the sea. It can be deployed at a depth of 350 meters. It is equipped with stealth techniques. Because of which the enemy will not be able to detect it easily. Anti-ship missiles have also been installed in it. It is a completely indigenous submarine. This submarine can find the enemy and target it accurately. Its biggest feature is that it will not come under the radar of the enemy.
This submarine also has the ability to make oxygen. That's why it can stay in water for a long time. It has been built by Mazagon Dock Limited. Its making started on 12 November 2020. INS Vagir is 221 feet long. Its beam is 20 feet. The height is 40 feet and the draft is 19 feet.
