Delhi Police has issued summons to Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot's OSD Lokesh Sharma in the July 2020 phone tapping case. According to a police source, Sharma has been asked to appear before the Delhi Police on Monday (February 13) to record his statement. Sharma has been sent six notices under Section 41.(1) of the CrPC.
