Benazir Murder Case: Big update in Benazir Bhutto murder case, Lahore High Court will hear the appeal after five years

Benazir Assassination Case: The Lahore High Court will hear the appeals on February 9 after more than five years in the case of the assassination of Pakistan's first female Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.  Let us tell you that on 27 December 2007, Benazir died in a grenade attack during an election rally in Rawalpindi.  He was allegedly murdered by a 15-year-old suicide bomber.
According to a media report, Lahore High Court Chief Justice Muhammad Amir Bhatti constituted a special bench of Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Mirza Waqas.
 According to a news in 'The Express Tribune' newspaper, the bench will hear eight appeals in connection with the matter on February 9.  It said that notices have been issued to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman and former President Asif Zardari, all five accused, former President General Pervez Musharraf (now deceased) and the convicted police officers.
