Russian troops have wreaked havoc in Bucha, a city adjacent to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.  Innocent civilians have been mercilessly attacked by Russian soldiers.  Many pictures of this attack have come to the fore.  More than 400 dead bodies have been found in Bucha city.  After the massacre in Bucha, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has vented anger at former French and German leaders Nicolas Sarkozy and Angela Merkel.
Actually, in 2008, the NATO summit was held in Bucharest, Romania.  Recently its 14th anniversary was organized.  Referring to this, the President of Ukraine reminded that in 2008 there was talk of joining Georgia and Ukraine in NATO.  But then Angela Merkel of Germany and Nicolas Sarkozy of France opposed it.  It was argued that doing so would anger Russia and Vladimir Putin.  This is the reason why the President of Ukraine is today blaming these two leaders for the Bucha massacre.
