North Korea vs America: North Korea, Russia and China 'attacked' America in UN on ballistic missile test

North Korea America Conflict: North Korea is continuously testing ballistic missiles.  His test has increased the tension of countries like South Korea and Japan.  At the same time, after continuous missile tests, joint military exercises under the leadership of the American have been started in South Korea.  This has further increased the tension between the two countries.  The issue was raised in the UN on Friday with the aim of reducing this tension, but during this time America and its allies clashed with China and Russia and the UN Security Council was divided into two camps.  Due to this, no action could be taken on North Korea.
During the debate, US Ambassador to the UN Security Council Linda Thomas-Greenfield said that North Korea has launched 59 ballistic missiles this year.  13 missiles have been launched in the last 1 month.  He said that due to this move of North Korea, an atmosphere of tension and fear is being created around.  Of the 15 members of the Security Council, 13 have condemned the actions of North Korea.  But Russia and China are giving protection to North Korea.  North Korea is also ignoring the council because of the protection of China and Russia.
