The four-day country's largest skill competition, IndiaSkills 2024, kicked off on May 15, 2024 in New Delhi. The inaugural function was held at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi.
The skill competition was test the skills of students across India in 61 categories from 15 -18 May 2024 and provide a platform for the youth to showcase their talent at national and international levels.
The four-day IndiaSkills Competition 2024 is organized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). NSDC is an apex skill development agency under the Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
The IndiaSkills competition is held every two years. The competition is supported by State Governments, industry, Sector Skills Councils (SSCs), State Skill Development Mission (SSDM), corporates and partner institutions.
