Assam State Film Awards,2019 have been announced

The 2019 Assam State Film Awards have been announced.  The awards were announced for various categories. The details of who won the awards in what categories are given below:

* 'Jonaki Parua' won the Best Picture award.
The film 'Jonaki Parua' won the Rupkonwar Jyoti Prasad Agrawal Award.

* The 'Brajen Barua Award' for Best Director went to Bhaskar Hazarika.
 The award went to Bhaskar Hazarika for his film 'Amish'

 *Anupam Kaushik Bora won the Abdul Majid Award for New Director.
The award went to Anupam Kaushik for his film 'Barnadi Bhatiai'

* Tarali Sharma and Kuan Bay jointly received the Parvati Prasad Barua Award.
 The awards went to both for best music director.  The award went to the film Amish.

* Benjamin Daimari won the Natasurya Phani Sharma Award for Best Actor.
The award went to Benjamin Daimari for his film 'Jonaki Parua'.

* The award for Best Actress went to Lima Das.
Lima Das won the award for her film 'Amish' 

 *The Biju Fukan Award for Best Newcomer went to Jitumani Kalita.
 The award went to Jitumani Kalita for his film 'Pakhilar Pakhi'.

* Darathi Bhardwaj won the Bidyut Chakraborty Award for Best Debut Actress.
 The award went to Darthi Bhardwaj for her film 'Barnadi Bhatiai'.

* Ashramika receives 'Master Siddhartha Award' for Best Child Artist.
Ashramika received the award for her role in 'Ratnakar'.

* 'Ratnakar' won the Best Popular Film award.
Ratnakar has been awarded the Vijay Shankar Award.

* The 'Rudra Baruah Award' for Best Background Singer.
 The award went to Zubeen Garg for his role in 'Kanchanjanga'.

* Ananya Dutta won the Pratima Pandey Baruah Award for Best Background Singer.
 Ananya Dutta won the award for her role in 'Pratighaat.

 *Rajdeep won the Dr. Nirmala Prabha Bardoloi Award for Best Lyricist.
Rajdeep received the award for his film 'Pratighaat'.
