Kaksar Bridge has been renamed Capt. Amit Bhardwaj Setu to honor the sacrifice of Capt. Amit Bhardwaj during the Kargil War

The Kaksar Bridge was renamed Captain Amit Bhardwaj Bridge to honor the sacrifice of Captain Amit Bhardwaj during the Kargil War.  The emotional ceremony was attended by prominent military and civilian officials, including CEC Dr.  Mohammad Jaafar Akhun and Maj. Gen. K.S.  Mahesh, SM were present.  Bhardwaj's bravery and dedication to the country was appreciated on the occasion.
