Gold and silver prices rose today, May 5, 2023 in the Indian bullion market. Gold price is over Rs 61,000 per 10 grams. Silver, meanwhile, touched more than Rs 77,000 per kg. The national price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold with a purity of 999 is Rs 61,739. While 999 purity silver is Rs. 77251.
According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association, 24-carat gold rose to Rs 61,739 per 10 grams from Rs 61,646 per 10 grams on Thursday evening. Similarly, gold and silver have become more expensive on purity basis.
According to the official website ibjarates.com, the price of 10 grams of gold with purity of 995 rose to Rs 61,492 this morning. 916 purity gold (22 carats) fell to Rs 56,552 today. Besides, 750 purity (18 carat) gold prices touched Rs 46,304. Meanwhile, 585 (14-carat) purity gold rose to Rs 36,117 today. Besides, 999 purity silver is now worth Rs 77,251 per kg.
