The Russian-Ukrainian war is not over.  Putin agreed to a ceasefire at the start of the new year, but the Russian army then launched attacks again.  Russia is now firing missiles continuously.  These missiles caused heavy damage to Ukraine.  Russia fired missiles at the Odessa region in Ukraine's Kiev on Thursday (January 26) morning, according to an official report.
After the Russian missile attack, Ukrainian civilians began to flee to safer places to save their lives.  The Air Force also reportedly shot down a plane during the operation.  Ukraine sounded an air-raid siren to alert people before a missile attack in the Odessa region.  After the alert, people hid inside the underground metro station.  Where their seating was sheets and small plastic chairs.
The US and Germany have promised to provide Ukraine with tanks.  Russia is believed to have stepped up its attacks on Ukraine since then.  Before the missile attack today, Russia also used drones.  Some Ukrainian military officials have acknowledged this.  "We shot down 24 of the drones sent by Russia," they said.
