International Desk:

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has proposed a commission to stop wars around the world.  "Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pope Francis and UN chief Antonio Guterres should be included in the commission to promote peace in the world. He will also submit a written proposal to the United Nations (UN) for this," Abrador told a news conference on Tuesday.

The commission will settle the peace for 5 years::

“I hope the media will help us spread the word about this,” Obrador said.  The aim of the commission will be to submit proposals for cessation of hostilities throughout the world and peace agreements for at least 5 years.

China, Russia and the United States have invited peace talks::
The Mexican president called for a halt to the war and invited China, Russia and the United States for peace talks.  He expressed hope that all three countries would accept his proposal.  "Someone should tell them that the world is facing an economic crisis in less than a year because of the mutual conflict between these countries," Obrador said.  Poverty, inflation are on the rise and the world is facing a food crisis.  This has caused many lives to be lost around the world.
According to Obrador, the proposed commission would help reach an agreement on Taiwan, Israel and the Palestinians.  This will help prevent further conflict.
