Indian Coast Guard is observed every year to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the Coast Guard. This year, the significant day is set to be observed on Saturday, February 1, 2025. The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) also observes 'Raising Day' on the same day. In 2025, the ICG celebrate its 49th Raising Day.Indian Coast Guard Day is celebrated on this day to honour the establishment of the Indian Coast Guard and the important responsibilities it performs. On this day, we honour the commitment and service of those courageous soldiers who continue to be unwavering in maintaining the nation's maritime security.
