The Government of India has taken a major step to strengthen the security of the country. The Cabinet Committee on Security Affairs (CCS), chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the setting up of a new missile test center in Andhra Pradesh's Nagaland. Following the approval, a new missile testing range will now be built in Nagayalanka, Andhra Pradesh.
New generation of missiles will be tested
For the sake of the country's security, the Indian government will now have to include the new generation of missiles in its arsenal. At the new missile testing range, the DRDO will test similar new generation missiles. Those missiles will include a new generation of updated air-to-air missiles, anti-tank missiles. The successful tests will further strengthen India's defense system.
