Vikram Dev Dutt (IAS) assumes charge as Coal Secretary

Vikram Dev Dutt (IAS) has assumed the charge as the Secretary of the Ministry of Coal on Monday. Dutt is a 1993-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre. Previously, he has served as the Director General of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
