Randhir Singh becomes president of Asian Olympic Council

Veteran sports administrator Randhir Singh became the first Indian to be elected president of the Asian Olympic Council (OCA).  He was given the important responsibility during the 44th General Assembly of the continental body here on Sunday.  Randhir, a five-time Olympic shooter, was the only qualified candidate for the post of OCA president.  His term will run from 2024 to  His selection was unanimous.
