Kashmir City received the World Crafts City certificate from the World Crafts Council

The city of Kashmir was conferred the prestigious World Craft City certificate by World Craft Council International at a grand function held in Srinagar, the capital of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.  Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, World Craft Council President Saad Hani Al-Qadoumi and other dignitaries of the Council were present at the important event.  The recognition came after the World Craft Council announced its decision to include Kashmir in its World Craft City list in June 2024.
