Nepal: Ramchandra Paudel takes oath as the President, becomes the third President of the country

Ramchandra Paudel, who was elected as the President of Nepal, took the oath of office and secrecy on Monday.  Paudel took the oath of office in a special ceremony organized at Sheetal Niwas, the official residence of the President.  Acting Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Harikrishna Karki administered the oath of office to Paudel.  Paudel has become the third President of the country.
