Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi suddenly fell ill on Friday (March 3). Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital after developing fever. The hospital said Sonia Gandhi is currently under observation and undergoing medical tests. However, the condition is said to be stable.
Sonia Gandhi's Chest Medicine Department Senior Consultant Dr. Arup Basu is undergoing treatment under his supervision. According to sources, there is nothing serious, the breathing difficulties that she has been suffering from for some time, which is why she is often nebulised, have been admitted this time too. Sir Gangaram Hospital Trust Chairman Dr. DS Rana has described Sonia Gandhi's health report as normal.
