Police stations must treat people with humility and give respect to colleagues: GP Singh

New Director General of Police GP Singh holds an important meeting at Assam Police Headquarters.The meeting took several important decisions.Accordingly–‘There must be an officer in the headquarters, SP’s office.
The officer will be present from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm and the grievances of the people will be resolved in the presence of the officer,” he said.
Local language or bilingual nameplates are compulsory at police stations.
One day leave a week for police deployed in areas under SP  .This rule will apply on days other than emergencies.This rule does not apply to officers in charge of police stations and police stations.
