1.To provide a platform for the people of Assam to exchange ideas and communicate with junior, middle and senior police leadership in times of crisis.
2.Give respect and dignity to junior police personnel by officers in leadership positions from police outposts to police headquarters.
3.To provide adequate and appropriate working environment for women police personnel.
4."Earn respect, don't demand it," Singh said on social media.
