Recently, Javed Akhtar gave his opinion on the controversy over the song 'Besharam Rang' from Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Pathan'. Javed said that- You or I cannot decide whether the song is good or bad. Pointing to the Censor Board, Javed told that we have an agency on the basis of government department which decides what will be cut in the film and what will not.
