Lovlina Borgohain of Assam has won the medal at the national championship

 The Olympic medalist won the medal at the Elite Women's National Boxing Championships.
 Lovlina Borgohain of Assam won the gold medal in the 6th edition of the competition held in Bhopal.
 Ankushita Boro, another Assamese girl, also won the competition.
 Ankushita won the silver medal.
 The tournament was held from December 19 to26.
