The hearing on the bail plea of accused Aftab Poonawala in the Shraddha murder case has been postponed in Delhi's Saket court. Now Aftab's petition will be heard on December 22. During the hearing, the court ordered Aftab to be produced through video conferencing.
When Aftab appeared in the court through video conferencing, he was asked to meet his lawyer. The lawyer will meet Aftab on Monday. After that Aftab will tell whether he wants to apply for bail or not. Aftab's bail petition was filed by a lawyer named Avinash. Now the court will hear this matter on 22 December.
