UPSC Recruitment 2022: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has sought online applications for recruitment 2022 for many posts including archivist. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of UPSC at upsc.gov.in. Candidates getting government jobs will get the benefit of salary and applicable allowances as per the 7th Pay Commission.
According to UPSC Recruitment 2022 notification, online applications have started from 10 December 2022. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed format on or before 29 December 2022. UPSC Vacancy 2022: Recruitment will be done on these posts This recruitment drive has been run by UPSC to fill a total of 19 vacant posts. Of these, the maximum number of 13 posts are included in the Archivist. Apart from this, 5 posts of Specialist Grade III and 1 vacancy for the post of Scientist 'B' will be filled.
Application Fee Unreserved category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 25. The application fee should be paid in cash only or by using net banking facility of SBI or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit card. There is no application fee for SC/ST/PWBD/Women candidates.
Selection Process Eligible applicants can be selected on the basis of interview or recruitment test. Out of 100, candidates belonging to UR/EWS category must obtain at least -50 marks, OBC 45 marks, SC/ST/PwBD 40 marks.
