Rajiv Gandhi Foundation: License of Rajiv Gandhi Foundation canceled, now Congress organization will not be able to do this work

Rajiv Gandhi Foundation FCRA licence:The central government has canceled the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) license of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF), an NGO associated with the Gandhi family.  The trust has been accused of violating the Foreign Funding Act.  Regarding this news quoting sources, an official said that this decision has been taken on the basis of an inquiry conducted by a ministerial committee constituted by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in July 2020.
The official said that information about cancellation of FCRA license has been sent to the office bearers of 'Rajiv Gandhi Foundation'.  As of now, there has been no response from the RGF regarding this decision of the Central Government.  Talking about the outgoing office bearers of this NGO, Sonia Gandhi is the President of RGF.  At the same time, the names of former PM Manmohan Singh, former Finance Minister P Chidambaram and MPs from Wayanad, Kerala Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra are also included in its other trustees.
Let us tell you that the Union Home Ministry has headed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) officer to investigate these three organizations related to Gandhi family, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF), Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust (RGCT) and Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust (IGMT).  An Inter-Ministerial Inquiry Committee was constituted in  Talking about the action taken against Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, the investigation against this NGO started in July 2020.  The inquiry committee was to investigate allegations of possible violations of the Money Laundering Act, Income Tax Act and FCRA.
