Star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has been out of Team India due to back stress fracture. Now Mohammad Siraj has been included in the Team India squad in his place. BCCI gave this information by tweeting on Friday. Siraj will be available for the remaining two matches of the three-match T20 series against South Africa. India is leading 1-0 in the current series. The second match will be played in Guwahati on October 2, while the last match will be played in Indore on October 4.
Bowlers like Mohammed Shami, Deepak Chahar, Mohammad Siraj were in the race to replace Bumrah. Eventually the selectors gave preference to Siraj. Fast bowler Siraj's recent form has been very good and he has appeared in rhythm. Siraj made his county debut for Warwickshire this month, where he dazzled with his performances.
