Market regulator Sebi on Wednesday launched a new digital platform 'Mitra' to help investors trace and retrieve inactive or unclaimed mutual fund folios.
The platform called Mutual Fund Investment Tracing and Retrieval Assistant (MITRA) aims to help investors trace forgotten mutual fund investments and encourage them to update their KYC (know your customer) as per existing norms.
