US-China Relations: If China poses a threat to America, the answer will be given- Biden

US News: US President Joe Biden said that if China poses a threat to the country's sovereignty, steps will be taken in self-defense.  Biden's statement came at a time when relations between the US and China have once again become tense over suspected spy balloons.
Biden said in his second 'State of the Union' address on Tuesday night, 'I am committed to cooperating with China where it can advance American interests and benefit the world.  However, leave no doubt, we made it clear last week that if China threatens our sovereignty, we will act to defend our country.  And we did.'
 Biden said, ' victory in the rivalry / competition against China will unite us.  We are facing serious challenges all over the world.  But in the last two years, democracies have become stronger, not weaker. '
