The High Court also upheld the decision to remand the CM. The AAP may go to the Supreme Court against the decision.
The High Court said we were concerned with constitutional morality, not political morality. The existing case is not between the Center and Kejriwal. This case is between Kejriwal and the ED. The High Court held that the ED followed the legal process. He has statements from hawala operators and AAP candidates.
HighCourts rule : Arvind Kejriwal's arrest in liquor policy case is not illegal. ED's arrest action right.
Kejriwal's argument: ED has no evidence that Kejriwal was involved in money laundering. It is ridiculous to say that the Chief Minister of Delhi will be doing hawala transactions.
