UPI Payment in UAE: UAE has been one of the favorite places for Indians to visit. UPI payment app PhonePe has brought good news for Indians who often visit UAE. Now such people will not need to carry cash to travel there. PhonePe has launched a new facility in collaboration with UAE's Mashreq Neopay Terminals. Under this facility, you will be able to make UPI payments by using the PhonePe app in UAE.
You can make payments by scanning QR codes at many shops, restaurants and tourist places in the UAE. The payment will be made in Indian Rupees (INR) and you will also see the currency exchange rate immediately. Indians (NRIs) living in the UAE can also make payments easily by linking their existing NRE or NRO account to the PhonePe app.
