Earthquake in Maharashtra and Arunachal Pradesh: Earthquake tremors were felt in Maharashtra and Arunachal Pradesh early this morning. These tremors were recorded in Hingoli in Maharashtra at an interval of about 10 minutes. The first tremor was felt at 6:08 am. Its intensity on the Richter scale was 4.5. While, the second tremor of the earthquake was recorded at 6:19 am. Its intensity on the Richter scale was recorded at 3.6.
Apart from Maharashtra, earthquake tremors were also felt in Arunachal Pradesh. The first tremor was felt at 01:49 am in West Kameng of Arunachal Pradesh. Its intensity was felt to be 3.7. Its epicenter was at a depth of 10 km. The second tremor was felt at 03:40 am in East Kameng. Its intensity was recorded at 3.4. The depth of the epicenter of this earthquake was 5 km. However, there is no news of any loss of life or property due to this earthquake.
