Being happy is the basic mantra of life.  Being happy reduces many health related problems and also keeps your health healthy.  According to health experts, being happy reduces stress and also increases blood circulation, which improves health. 
   World Happiness Day is celebrated every year on 20 March.  The purpose behind celebrating this day is to share happiness among people and keep them happy.  Let us know in detail about the importance of this day and its theme.
   On July 12, 2012, the General Assembly of the United Nations passed a resolution, after which World Happiness Day is celebrated.  People associated this day with happiness, after which this day started being celebrated with great pomp every year.
   The importance or purpose behind celebrating World Happiness Day is to inspire and make people aware to be happy.  By celebrating this day, we want to spread happiness among the people and keep their mental health healthy.  Not only in India but most of the people all over the world are struggling with some stress or the other.  By celebrating this day, people are given tips to remain happy.  On this day, camps and seminars are organized at various places to give advice on being happy and emphasizing on the basic mantra of life.
