Guwahati is one of the most searched travel destination in India, according to survey conducted by wowticket.com, a UK-based platform recently launched in India.
Wowtickets.com analysed preferences of 3.6 crore Indians to reveal popular domestic travel destinations in India.
The findings revealed that in addition to popular destinations like Goa and Srinagar, many Indians are now venturing to cities like Guwahati, Pune, Patna and Varanasi.
According to the survey, the top 15 searched travel destinations in India are Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, Srinagar, Bengaluru, Pune, Patna, Leh, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Varanasi, Guwahati, Bagdogra.
