Newsdesk:

The Ministry of External Affairs has rejected China's 'absurd claims' on Arunachal Pradesh.  He said that 'repeating baseless arguments in this regard again and again does not give any validity to such claims.'  External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that Arunachal Pradesh will always be an integral and inseparable part of India.
Jaiswal's statement came in response to media questions on the comments of Chinese Defense Ministry spokesperson Colonel Zhang Xiaogang.  In fact, the Chinese spokesperson reiterated Beijing's claim on Arunachal Pradesh and described the region as a natural part of China's territory.  When Zhang was asked about increasing India's military preparedness through the Sela Tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh, he said that the southern part of Jijang (the Chinese name for Tibet) is an inherent part of China's territory and Beijing will "never accept it".  Does not and does not oppose strongly.
Let us tell you that India has repeatedly rejected China's territorial claims on Arunachal Pradesh and has said that the state is an integral part of the country.  New Delhi has also rejected Beijing's move to name the region as a "contrived" name, saying it does not change the reality.
