The 2023 International Women's Day was celebrated in Khungring on the Indo-Bhutan border in Chirang district today. The UPPL Women's Cell celebrated International Women's Day at Khungring on the Indo-Bhutan border in Chirang.
The program was inaugurated with flag hoisting, memorial service and tree planting in the presence of women leaders from other districts of BTR area. The white Pigeon, a symbol of peace, is flown into the sky on the occasion of International Women's Day.
