Victor Das finally granted full bail

 The High Court granted bail to Victor Das after looking at the case diary of the case.
 The Guwahati High Court granted interim bail to Victor Das on16  September
 The interim bail was granted till29 September
 The court heard Victor's full bail on Friday.
 The court said the case diary did not receive any information during the hearing.
 The High Court granted full bail to Victor Das after his counsel argued that Section 153(A) of the CrPC registered against him was not applicable.
 Victor Das had alleged money laundering in the 26,000 recruitment process of the Assam government.
 Victor Das was arrested on charges of spreading rumors and religious venom after claiming that he could not provide any information about the allegations.
 However, Victor was granted interim bail after seven days in police custody.
 He was suspended from his job as a TET teacher after getting bail.
