The ceiling of the hospital collapsed less than a month after the Prime Minister opened it.The incident took place at the newly built Cancer Hospital in Lakhimpur.Two ceilings of the newly built cancer hospital collapsed in a strong wind and rain.Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the cancer center on April 28 .He opened seven cancer hospitals including Lakhimpur from Dibrugarh.The hospital, which was built at a cost of Rs 128 crore, was also flooded on the day of its inauguration.There are also allegations of disorders in the construction work.
