US reaction on Arvind Kejriwal arrest: The Biden administration is not refraining from interfering in India's internal affairs. After commenting on the CAA recently, now a statement has also come from the US on the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal. The US State Department spokesperson says that we are keeping a close eye on Kejriwal's arrest. He says that we encourage the government there for a fair, timely and transparent legal process.
During a special conversation with Reuters, the US State Department spokesperson said that we encourage the Indian government for a fair, transparent and timely legal process for CM Arvind Kejriwal.
