Today, when people are asked which script is there for the blind, that is, they can write or read in any script, then it is called Braille Script.  But there was a time when it was impossible to imagine.  In fact, it could not be accepted for a hundred years after the script was made, and when it was accepted, World Braille Day is celebrated every year on January 4, on his birthday, in honor of its inventor Louis Braille.  Braille Day 2023) is celebrated.
Louis Braille was born on 4 January 1809 in the village of Coupere, France.  Born in a middle-class family, Louise's father, Simon Rayleigh Braille, used to make saddles and saddles for royal horses.  But his family soon faced financial crunch.  Due to which Lewis had to start collaborating in his father's work.
At the age of playing with toys, Louis Braille could not get toys, due to which he used to play with the things available around him, which included wood, rope, horse shoe, iron tools.  But one day a knife entered in one of his eyes, due to which his eye got spoiled.  Gradually, the light of his other eye also started to go away and at the age of 8, Lewis became completely blind when he did not get the right treatment.
Louis immediately met his school chaplain and met Captain Charles Barber, who developed the code.  After which the work of developing the script for the blind started.  After 8 years of hard work and many revisions, by 1829 his script based on six points was ready, but his script was not recognized.
Many difficulties had to be faced in getting this script of Louis Braille recognized.  His Braille script has not been accepted by educationists.  This script is gradually becoming popular among the blind.  Louis could not see this script getting official or officially recognized.  His language was recognized only after a hundred years of his death.
