Shubhanshu Shukla will be the first Indian to go to ISS

Indian Air Force (IAF) officer Shubhanshu Shukla has been selected as the pilot for NASA's Exium Mission 4. Soon he will go to the International Space Station with the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft.
Shubhanshu will be the first Indian to go to ISS. This mission will last for 14 days. Research will be done under this. Shubhanshu is taking training for ISRO's Mission Gaganyaan.
Peggy Whitson will take command of the mission. Shubhanshu will be the pilot. Along with him, mission specialists Slavoj Ujnanski-Vishnivsky and Tibor Kapu will go on Axiom Mission-4 between April and June 2025.
