Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has once again lashed out at the central government.  She said she would not contest until 370 is re-implemented in the Valley.  Referring to the results of the Karnataka Assembly elections, Mehbooba said Karnataka has shown that your strength can defeat the strength of these agencies.  "I lived here for more than a year in the early 1990s," Mehbooba said at a function in Bangalore.
"In the last five years, there has been a lot of hatred and division politics in Karnataka, which has caused a lot of damage to the secular fabric," she said.  'I am sure Siddaramaiah and his government will be able to heal these wounds.'
“We, the people of Jammu and Kashmir, were the first victims of these fascist forces.  Despite being a Muslim-majority state, it was hoped that following India's thinking would protect our lives with dignity.  A Muslim majority state became the soul of Indian nationality.  In 2019, that state was deprived of rights.  The problem of Kashmir escalated.  You can imagine what we are going through.'
“The kind of search operations conducted by ED and other agencies in the name of security are causing harassment to people on a daily basis.  Delhi should be a wake up call for all.  The BJP will not leave any opposition government unless they hijack their government and buy MLAs,” she said.
