Delhi becomes the second most polluted city in the world

The problems pollution in Delhi is causing to people probably goes without saying.  Delhi residents are worried about the increasing pollution in the city.  However, Delhi's air quality (AQI Level) had improved in the last few days.
According to data recorded on February 13, after a long time, Delhi was out of the list of the world's 10 most polluted cities.  For which Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal (CM Arvind Kejriwal) had patted his back on the pretext of praising the continuous efforts of the people of Delhi.  But within two days of that, Delhi was once again among the 10 most polluted cities in the world and that too at number two.
