There can be same rank in all the three armies of the country! Navy Chief indicated major changes

Indian Navy Chief Admiral R.  Hari Kumar said that we want to eliminate some ranks.  They also want that the ranks of all the three armies should be the same.  This is being discussed.  See, we have many such ranks here, which do not look good.  There is a need to change them.  like a petty officer,Senior Petty Officer.  They need to be given some good names.  There is a need to change the old rules.  We are of the view that there should be a common tri service rank.
The Navy chief said that the aim of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to get us out of the mindset of slavery.  That's why on the day of commissioning of INS Vikrant, bring a new flag of the Navy.  New President has brought color and crust on Navy Day.  We are checking by forming a team whether there are such practices which are of old times.  Which are not relevant now.  Navies have evolved over many centuries.  We are practicing many works of that time till now.  A list of such works is being prepared.  Because now they have no value.  There is a need to change the old rules.
