Indian Airforce Day: This year the Air Force is celebrating its 90th Raising Day. The special thing about this program is that for the first time it is being organized in Chandigarh. On this occasion, the Supreme Commander of the three armies and President Draupadi Murmu and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will attend the event. The Indian Air Force Chief said on this special occasion that the army is ready for every challenge. Systems equipped with new technology are being included in the Air Force. The Air Force is getting ready for the future. We are moving forward for a self-reliant India. Along with this, indigenous weapons are also being included in the army.
Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal V.R. Chaudhary said that inducting airmen in the Indian Air Force through Agneepath scheme is a big challenge but it is time for us to utilize the potential of the youth of India and put it in the service of the country. The Chief Marshal further said that we have got this proud legacy through a lot of hard work and dedication. Our forefathers who brought this to this point have made a lot of sacrifices, which we will always remember.
