Two talented archery players from Assam have been denied participation in the National Archery Championship due to tickets

Talented archery players Tanmay Gogoi and Darshana Nath were disqualified from participating in the National Archery Championships to be held in Vijayawada from May 23th to26th May .The two talented archers from Assam were selected to represent Assam in the tournament after participating in the Assam State Archery Championship held in Guwahati .However, they had to return from Bangalore as they could not secure a train ticket to Andhra Pradesh.Both the players had already been preparing for the tournament for a long time.  There is a strong reaction in the area . The players and their families have appealed to the Chief Minister of Assam and the Sports Minister to make arrangements for their participation in the tournament.
